Shipping costs will not be applied on Clothing and Salon Packages deals.

Fast & Secure Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and delivery times are estimated at between 3-5 business days depending on your location within Australia.  Tracking and required signature are included with all our orders to provide our customers with safe and secure delivery of their order.

Parcel Tracking
Your tracking number will be sent to you in your confirmation email with instructions once your order has been dispatched.  All orders will also require a signature on delivery to ensure your order reaches you safely.

International
Ebony & Ivory Hair and Beauty Pty Ltd ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do not accept international orders through our website, please contact us on +61 (08) 9325 4001 to arrange a special international order.

Pricing Policy
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods & services tax) as of 04.07.2011. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.

Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. Ebony & Ivory has a no refund policy on all sale items. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You may choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, out of stock, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised.
